Turkey’s steel export volume increases by 5.45 percent in July

According to the provisional foreign trade statistics compiled by the Turkish Exporters' Association (TIM), in July this year Turkey's steel exports totaled $1.02 billion in value, increasing by 5.45 percent year on year and down 4.67 percent over the previous month.
 
Meanwhile, Turkey's steel exports in the first seven months of this year totaled $6.87 billion, rising by 4.94 percent as compared to the corresponding period of 2009.
