Turkey-based Erdemir appoints new general manager

Turkey's largest integrated steelmaker Ereğli Demir ve Çelik Fabrikaları T.A.Ş (Erdemir) has announced that Sedat Orhan, general manager of the subsidiary Erdemir Madencilik San. ve Tic., has been appointed as the new general manager of Erdemir.

Last week, Fatih Tar, chairman and deputy managing director of Erdemir and chairman of Erdemir's Iskenderun-based subsidiary Isdemir, resigned from his duties.
