Turkey’s Ministry of Economy has announced that it has decided to continue collecting antidumping (AD) duty on certain iron or steel pipe fittings from China, following the expiry review initiated in January 22, 2015. The duty rate remains at $663/mt.

The expiry review was initiated upon a complaint by Turkish producers Sardogan Endustri ve Ticaret and RSA Tesisat Malzemeleri San. ve Tic. A.S. alleging that the lapse of the antidumping measures would result in recurrence of dumping from China

The products in question currently fall within CN codes 7307.91.00.00.00, 7307.93.11.00.11, 7307.93.11.00.12 and 7307.93.19.00.00
