TPCO’s output of corrosion resistant OCTG exceeds 180,000 mt in 2011

China-based Tianjin Pipe (Group) Co.( TPCO) has announced that in the current year up to December 20 its output of corrosion resistant OCTG products reached 180,000 mt, which is equal to 150 percent of the targeted output volume for 2011.
 
TPCO states that there is increasing demand for corrosion resistant OCTG products in the oil and gas industry, especially for environments where corrosive gases such as carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulphide are prevalent.
