TMK starts shipments of LD pipes for Kenkiyak-Kumkol pipeline

The Russian pipe producer TMK Group (TMK) has announced the beginning of shipments of 813 mm X60 large diameter (LD) pipes of 9.5 mm wall thickness to Kazakhstan. The pipes are produced according to API 5L standard and will be used in the construction of the Kenkiyak-Kumkol pipeline.

TMK is to supply a total of 15,000 mt of LD pipes for the Kenkiyak-Kumkol pipeline in the April-June 2008 period.
