Russia's largest oil and gas pipe producer TMK and Turkmenistan's state-owned oil and gas company Turkmenneft State Concern have signed a cooperation agreement at a meeting held in the Turkmenistani capital Ashgabat, under which Turkmenneft will provide information regarding its oil and gas pipe requirements, while TMK's plants will supply high-technology tubular products.

In addition, the agreement, which runs until the end of 2010, involves the establishment of a TMK service center in Turkmenistan for the maintenance and repair of high-technology tubular products.
