Timken to increase specialty steel prices

Timken Latrobe, a subsidiary of Timken Corporation, announced on Friday that it would increase prices of all re-melted aerospace alloys, air melted stainless steel, and tool steel grades by 5-10%. The price increases are effective for all new orders as of June 1, 2005. No change in the existing raw material surcharge has been announced.
