Taiwan’s industrial production again registers two-digit growth in March

Taiwan's industrial production index in March this year climbed by 13.82 percent as compared to March 2010, registering a two-digit growth for the seventeenth consecutive month, according to the country's Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA).
 
In March, production of the manufacturing industry increased 14.37 percent, the output of mining and quarrying edged up by 1.11 percent, while production in building construction rose by2.66 percent, all compared to March 2010.
