Taiwan’s basic metal export orders down 14.9 percent in January-November

According to the statistics released by the Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs, in November this year Taiwan's basic metal and basic metal product export orders amounted to $1.86 billion, down 19.9 percent compared to November 2014 and declining by eight percent compared to the previous month. In October, Taiwan’s basic metal and basic metal product orders had recorded 4.6 percent growth month on month. 
 
In the January-November period of the current year, the country's basic metal and basic metal product export orders declined by 14.9 percent year on year to $22.20 billion.
