Taishan Steel plans to develop 15 steel varieties
As part of the companys plans to further expand into the Southeast Asian market,
Chinas Taishan Steel Corp disclosed plans to develop 15 kinds of steel products, including Q195L, Q345, SPHC, pipeline steel and weather-resistance steel, within the year.
Taishan Steels fine steel products have been widely adopted by the auto
manufacturing, home appliance
manufacturing, and
shipbuilding industries. For example, its HR sheet/coil is used by such domestic enterprises as Haier and Shifeng & Dongfeng. It has also been exported to
Japan, South
Korea, and Vietnam.
Moreover, the company has also established long-term and stable cooperation with LG and POSCO.
