Bulgarian steelmaker Stomana Industry will spend Euro 40 million on the installation of a new long-products line in its rolling unit. Stomana Industry, owned by the Greek Viohalco group, ordered the new equipment to Italy's Danielli. The new line, which is expected to fully assemble by the end of the year, will triple output and reduce natural gas consumption. Stomana's annual capacity of reinforced concrete and steel products will increase 800,000 tons with the installation of new production line.
