Stelco Hardy is granted with ISO 9001:2000 certification

Recent market news reports that stainless steel tube and section producer Stelco Hardy, a division of Outokumpu Stainless is granted with ISO 9001: 2000 certification. An official from the company stated that this certification will pave the way for ISO/TS 16949: 2000 certification, which indicates an improved quality especially in automotive sector. This certification is expected to be given to Stelco Hardy in 2004 spring.
