South Korea's new car registrations up 27.1 percent in January-June

In June of the current year, South Korea's new car registrations increased by 32 percent month on month to 24,275 units, up 36.4 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Korea Automobile Importers and Distributors Association (KAIDA). 
 
Meanwhile, in the January-June period this year, South Korean new car registrations rose by 27.1 percent year on year to 119,832 units.
