South Korea’s new car registrations up 23.7% in Jan-Aug

In August this year, South Korea's new car registrations decreased by 6.5 percent month on month to 13,977 units, up 32.2 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Korea Automobile Importers and Distributors Association (KAIDA).
In the first eight months of 2013, South Korean new car registrations rose by 23.7 percent to 103,417 units compared to the same period of 2012.
