South Korean Manho Rope and Wire upgrades production capacity in Changwon Factory

South Korean steel wire and rope producer Manho Rope and Wire plans to resume operations in its Changwon Factory by September, which recently finished large-scale facility repair works.

The special-purpose steel wire and rope production capacity of the company's Changwon Factory has been upgraded from 113,500 mt to 125,000 mt per year as a result of its recent facility repair works.

"We will resume operating our Changwon Factory next month," said an official at the company, "We will be able to enlarge the monthly production volume of our Changwon Factory up to 1,000 mt, if order receipt backs up the production."
