Shuicheng Steel targets crude steel output of 5.05 million mt in 2012

Guizhou Province-based Chinese steelmaker Shuicheng Iron and Steel Co. (Shuicheng Steel), a subsidiary of Shougang Group, has said it is aiming to produce 4.9 million mt of pig iron and 5.05 million of crude steel in 2012.

In addition, Shuicheng Steel stated that in 2011 it earned an operating revenue of RMB 16.847 billion ($2.66 billion), while it produced 3,728,414 mt of pig iron, 4,010,855 mt of crude steel and 3,882,932 mt of finished steel.
