Shigang sees 5.3 percent increase in export revenue in Q1

Major Chinese steelmaker Hebei Iron and Steel Group has announced that Hebei Steel International Trade Co. exported $50 million worth of finished steel produced by Hebei Steel Group subsidiary Shijiazhuang Iron and Steel Co. (Shigang) in the first quarter of the current year, up 5.3 percent year on year.

In the first quarter, the finished steel export volume of Shigang totaled 70,000 mt, up 11.8 percent year on year.
