Shagang to carry out maintenance on rebar rolling mill

Jiangsu-based Chinese steel producer Shagang Group has announced that it will start maintenance work on its rebar rolling mill from March 1. The date for resumption of production has yet to be determined, industry sources said.

The maintenance is expected to reduce the steelmakers' rebar output by 2,500 mt per day.
