Severstal holds further negotiations for Ivanovo-based mini mill

The Russian steelmaker Severstal is currently carrying out the second round of negotiations with the local authorities in Ivanovo in western Russia regarding its proposed longs rolling mill to be located in the region.

During the talks, the parties will discuss the possible options for the incorporation of the new mill into the region's existing infrastructure and energy supplies.
