Russian steelmaker Severstal has stated that in March this year it plans to produce around 410,000 mt of hot rolled steel, down 10 percent, 100,000 mt of cold rolled steel, down 15 percent, 48,000 mt of galvanized rolled steel, unchanged from the February level, and 50,000 mt of long steel, down 30 percent, all compared to February.
