Severstal Cherepovets' Jan HR flats supplies to rise 14% from Dec

Russian steelmaker Severstal has announced that in January this year its Cherepovets Steel Mill aims to increase its hot rolled flat steel shipments by 14 percent month on month to around 525,000-530,000 mt, including 270,000-275,000 mt for export and 255,000 mt for the domestic market.

In the whole of 2013, Cherepovets Steel Mill shipped about 5.2 million mt of hot rolled flat steel, stable compared to 2012, including 2.2 million mt for export and 3 million mt to the domestic market.
