A Cambodia-flagged freighter traveling from the Russian port of Rostov bound for Nemrut port in the western Turkish city of Izmir sank off Black Sea coast on the evening of Tuesday, January 31.

scrap cargo, sank off
Turkey's Black Sea coast while seeking shelter at Eregli port due to extreme weather conditions.
Three of the 11 crew members were rescued, while coast guards are still searching for the eight missing crew members.
