Ruukki to supply steel structures worth €7 million

On October 8, Finnish steelmaker Ruukki announced that it has received an order from Norwegian company Veidekke Entreprenør for the manufacture and installation of steel structures which are to be used in the construction of a new landmark building in Bergen.  The contract is worth around €7 million, Ruukki said.

The steel structures will be made mostly at Ruukki's unit in Peräseinäjoki, Finland. Deliveries will begin in the summer of 2011 and will continue into early 2012.
