Ruukki to focus on special steel sales in India

Finland-based steelmaker Ruukki has announced that it will open a sales office in Mumbai, India at the end of the year to strengthen sales of special steel in the emerging markets. This new office will contribute to increasing the share of special steel in net sales.
 
According to the statement, in India Ruukki will focus on sales of high-strength Ruukki Optim and wear-resistant Ruukki Raex special steel products for transportation, mining and construction equipment manufacturing industries.
