Russia’s scrap exports decline in January-February

According to the data for the first two months of the current year, Russia's scrap exports decreased by five percent year on year to 620,500 mt. In February alone, Russia's scrap exports decreased by 11.6 percent compared to January and were down 29.4 percent compared to February 2011, falling to 291,100 mt.
