Russia's OMK supplies pipes for Spartak Stadium in Moscow

Russia-based pipe producing company United Metallurgical Company (OMK) has announced that it supplied more than 1,700 mt of longitudinally welded tubes produced at its Vyksa Steel Works for the construction of Spartak Stadium in Moscow, which will be one of the key venues of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
 
The pipes range between 508 and 1,422 mm in diameter and 10 and 42 mm wall thicknesses.
 
OMK stated that it will continue to supply steel for the construction of the sport facilities with Spartak stadium being the first project.
