Russia’s ferrous metal export volume down 6.1 percent in Jan-Feb

In the January-February period of this year Russia's ferrous metal exports decreased by 6.1 percent year on year to 5.501 million mt, including 280,300 mt of pig iron, down 34.5 percent year on year, according to the State Statistics Committee of Russia (Russtat). The total value of Russia's ferrous metal exports in January-February this year was $3.047 billion, down 14.1 percent year on year.
