Russia’s car output up 70.6 percent in January-July

According to the data released by the Russian Federation's Federal State Statistics Service, in the first seven months of this year the country's passenger car output went up by 70.6 percent to 599,000 units, its truck output increased by 51.8 percent to 74,600 units, its bus output rose by 39.4 percent to 19,100 units, while the output of trolley buses went down by 32.2 percent to 200 units.

Experts say that the Russian auto market is emerging from the crisis and that the production rate of auto vehicles will continue to grow in the future.
