Russian semi-finished steel exports down 10.5 percent in Jan-Apr

In the January-April period of this year, Russian exports of semi-finished steel products decreased by 10.5 percent year on year to 4.45 million mt, according to the State Statistics Committee of Russia (Russtat).

As previously reported, in January-March of the current year Russia exported 3.4 million mt of semi-finished steel products, down 5.9 percent compared to the first quarter of 2012.
