Russian iron ore concentrate output rises in January-July

According to the State Statistics Committee of Russia (Russtat), in the January-July period of this year Russia produced 60.6 million mt of iron ore concentrate and 22.9 million mt of iron ore pellets, up two percent and 2.7 percent respectively compared to the same period last year.

In addition, in July Russia produced 8.8 million mt of iron ore concentrate and 3.2 million mt of iron ore pellets, up 0.4 percent and down 0.4 percent respectively compared to June this year.
