Russian coal output increases in first two months

According to the State Statistics Committee of Russia (Russtat), in the January-February period of the current year Russia produced 56.178 million mt of coal, up 4.14 percent compared to the same period last year.

According to the data for the first two months of the current year, Russia's coal exports increased by 17.18 percent year on year to 18.781 million mt.
