Russia raises output of pipes, finished steel products

According to the data released by the Federal State Statistics Service of Russian Federation, the country's output of pipes rose14.9 percent and that of finished steel products rose 3.4 percent year on year to 2.3 million tons and 18.7 million tons respectively in January-April of 2006.
