Rommesmo Companies acquires Roscoe Steel

Billings, Montana-based Roscoe Steel & Culvert, a leading fabricator of highway and railroad bridges and of structural steel for industrial and building construction, has been acquired by Fargo, North Dakota-based Rommesmo Companies, a network of companies that focuses on the manufacture and fabrication of steel. Along with the announcement Wednesday, Jim Roscoe, CEO of Roscoe Steel, also announced his retirement.

The acquisition adds production facilities in Billings and Missoula, Montana and Casper, Wyoming, to the Rommesmo Companies' current network of locations in Fargo, North Dakota; Blaine, Minnesota; Mandan, North Dakota; Huron, South Dakota; Rapid City, South Dakota; and Gillette, Wyoming.
