Rizhao Steel appoints Li Shicai as new general manager

Shandong Province-based Chinese steel producer Rizhao Steel Group has announced the appointment of Li Shicai as its new general manager.

Li Shicai will take the place of Du Shuanghua, who resigned recently from the position of general manager of Rizhao Steel Group but who will remain chairman of the group. Mr Li had served with Minmetals Yingkou Medium Plate Co., subsidiary of China Minmetals Group, starting from February 2010. Under his successful management, the company again began to record a profit.
