In July, real estate sales in Turkey amounted to 81,343 units, decreasing by 23.4 percent month on month and down by 15.8 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).
Meanwhile, in the January-July period of this year, real estate sales in Turkey totaled 712,142 units, decreasing by 2.7 percent on year-on-year basis.
