In December last year, producer prices in French industry were down 1.1 percent month on month, according to the statistics released by France's National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE). Producer prices for manufactured products in France decreased by 1.1 percent in December compared to November and were down 2.7 percent compared to the same month of the previous year.
In December last year, prices for exported manufactured products fell by 0.6 percent and prices of transport equipment remained stable, month on month. On year-on-year basis, in December prices of exported manufactured products fell 0.4 percent, while prices of exported transport equipment saw a 0.7 percent growth.
Meanwhile, import prices for manufactured products in France in December decreased by 0.9 percent compared to November and were down 2.1 percent compared to the same month of 2014.
