Preliminary results of AD review on steel pipes imported from Taiwan

The US Department of Commerce (DOC), on July 1, 2003 initiated administrative review of the anti-dumping duty on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes imported from Taiwan upon the petition filed by Allied Tube and Conduit Corp, IPSCO Tubulars Inc and Wheatland Tube Company. The review covers the period May 1, 2002 through April 30, 2003. DOC preliminarily determined that, sales of subject merchandise imported from Taiwan have been made at prices below the normal value (NV) in US by the respondent Yieh Hsing Enterprise Co Ltd. The following weighted average dumping margin exists for the subject Taiwanese producer:
