Preliminary results of AD review on SSSS imported from Japan
The US Department of Commerce published the preliminary results of an antidumping administrative review on
stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from
Japan.
Upon the request of the petitioners, the US Department of Commerce (DOC), on August 29, 2005, initiated an antidumping administrative review on
stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from
Japan. The review covered the period July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2005.
The DOC preliminarily decided to rescind this review since there were no entries of
stainless steel sheet and strip in coils for
consumption in the US during the period of review.
