Preliminary results of AD review on SS flanges from India
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) published preliminary results of a new shipper review of the antidumping duty on certain forged stainless steel flanges imported from India. On October 6, 2004, the DOC initiated an antidumping new shipper review for certain forged stainless steel flanges imported from Indian producer Hilton Forge. The period of review was February 1, 2004, through July 31, 2004. The DOC preliminarily determined that Hilton Forge made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review. The following weighted-average dumping margin exists for the period February 1, 2004, through July 31, 2004:Manufacturer/exporter Margin Hilton Forge..............................0.89%Interested parties are requested to comment on the preliminary results.
