Preliminary results of AD review on certain WR from Indonesia
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) published preliminary results of the antidumping administrative review on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod imported from Indonesia. On November 19, 2002, the DOC initiated an antidumping administrative review for carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod imported from Indonesia. The period of review is October 1, 2003, through September 30, 2004. The DOC preliminarily determined that Ispat Indo did not make sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review. The following weighted-average dumping margin exists for the period October 1, 2003, through September 30, 2004:Manufacturer/exporter Margin P.T Ispat Indo................................0.38%Interested parties are requested to comment on the preliminary results. Dumping deposit rate for the subject producer is 4.06 percent.
