POSCO aims to increase its market share in auto industry

According to recent news in the market, South Korean steel giant POSCO aims to increase its market share in automotive industry by twofold within three years' time. POSCO currently holds 4% share in automotive steel sheet market in the world. The company plans to increase its market share to 9% by 2007. POSCO's aim is highly related with strong demand from China. Moreover, POSCO aims to increase its competitiveness through producing more value-added products.
