Panzhihua Steel issues iron ore concentrate output data for Feb

According to Sichuan Province-based Chinese steel producer Panzhihua Iron and Steel Company (Panzhihua Steel), in February this year the total iron ore concentrate output from its Baima mine stood at 328,500 mt of 55.22 percent iron grade. This output volume exceeded the mine's target for the month by six percent.

Panzhihua Steel's output target for the mine in question for the whole of the current year is 52.5 million mt, with 15 million mt expected to be exported. These figures would constitute year-on-year increases of 33 percent and 28 percent respectively.
