Pakistan issues final AD duty on CRC imports from Ukraine and China

Pakistan’s National Tariff Commission has announced its final determinations in its antidumping (AD) duty investigation of imports of cold rolled coil (CRC) imports from Ukraine and China
 
The commission stated that it is satisfied that the investigated product has been imported from Ukraine and China at dumped prices. 
 
Accordingly, for Chinese companies, the final antidumping duty rates are 19.04 percent for Shougang Casey Steel Company Limited, Shougang Jingtang United Iron & Steel Co. Limited and Maanshan Iron & Steel Company Limited, 16.27 percent for Beijing Shougang Cold Rolling Company Limited, 13.17 percent for Handan Iron & Steel Group Han-Bao Co. Limited and 19.04 percent for all other Chinese exporters. For Ukrainian companies, the final antidumping duty rates stand at 18.92 percent for Zaporizhstal Integrated Iron and Steel Works, 18.36 percent for Ilyich Iron and Steel Works of Mariupol and 18.92 percent for all other exporters in Ukraine
 
The products in question currently fall within the Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7209.1690, 7209.1790, 7209.1890, 7209.1610, 7209.1710, 7209.1810, 7209.2690, 7209.2790, 7209.2890, 7209.2610, 7209.2710 and 7209.2810.
