OMK issues Jan-July output data for foundry and rolling facility

Russian steel and pipe producer OMK has announced that in the first seven months of this year its foundry and rolling facility produced 549,345 mt of hot rolled coils, 122,298 mt of steel sheets, and 58,224 mt of steel strips.

In July, OMK's foundry and rolling facility produced 80,619 mt of hot rolled coils, 22,168 mt of steel sheets, and 5,327 mt of steel strips, while its deliveries of finished steel products amounted to 70,831 mt.

The main consumers of the products of OMK's foundry and rolling facility are the company's subsidiaries Vyksa Steel Works and Almetyevsk Pipe Plant.
