In anticipation of strong industry growth, Pennsylvania-based Olympia Steel Buildings President Arnold Davis Thursday announced the opening of a new office in Virginia, headed by regional sales manager Mike Duffy.  The office will serve steel building and turnkey construction customers in both Virginia and North Carolina.

Olympia Steel Buildings has fourteen locations in the United States and Canada, supplying pre-engineered steel buildings with offices in Pennsylvania, Florida, California, Colorado, Kansas, Texas, Ontario and now Virginia.

"Mike Duffy is exceptionally experienced in the building and construction industry, particularly in pre-engineered steel buildings and we are fortunate to have him come aboard with us," said Davis. "We look forward to increasing sales in Virginia and North Carolina as the construction industry continues to expand in the coming months. We plan to be well positioned to serve customers looking to build with our pre-engineered steel buildings construction packages."

Davis continued, "Our full turnkey metal buildings construction package includes steel building design, supply of pre-engineered buildings, and management and construction of the building or buildings, with all phases of development and building construction, including foundation, insulation, heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical, sheet rock, painting, doors and windows, all handled by an experienced team of steel building construction specialists."
