OEMK’s rolled steel shipments by railway up 3% in H1

Oskol Metallurgical Plant (OEMK), a subsidiary of the Russian iron ore and steel producing company Metalloinvest Holding (Metalloinvest), has announced that in the January-June period this year it shipped 1.5 million mt of rolled steel products by railway, up three percent compared to the same period of last year.

In the first half of this year, OEMK's rolled steel shipments to the local market decreased by 21.6 percent year on year, while its export shipments rose by 14.5 percent year on year.
