NRPL to build pig iron facility in Orissa

According to recent news in the market, Signapore based coking coal and metallurgical coal exporter National Resources Pte Ltd plans to build a pig iron plant in Orissa, India. The plant will mainly serve stainless steel producers, through producing pig iron with high carbon, high nickel and high chrome content. NRPL exports 600'000 tons of coking coal and 250'000 tons of metallurgical coke to India.
