Fargo, North Dakota-based wind tower manufacturer DMI Industries Inc. is suing Portland, Oregon-based steelmaker Evraz North America for $5.4 million for not delivering steel for a wind turbine project.

DMI Industries claims that Evraz's failure to deliver the steel cost DMI an additional $1.4 million and forced the company to lose a project estimated at over $4 million.
