NMZK more than triples its steel product output in February

Novosibirsk Metallurgical Works named after Kuzmin (NMZK), a subsidiary of the Russian steel producer ESTAR Holding (ESTAR), currently under the control of Russia's largest metal trader Metallservis Group (Metallservis), has announced that in February this year its mill 810 in its hot rolling shop produced 18,437 mt of hot rolled coils, from which it manufactured 15,866 mt of rolled products and pipes - up 325 percent compared to February 2009 (4,886 mt).

Of the total number of steel products manufactured by this producer in February this year, 13,706 mt were steel pipes, 3.8 times higher compared to 3,573 mt produced in February 2009.

In addition, in February this year NMZK also doubled its shipments of steel products to 11,967 mt.
