Japanese steelmaker Nisshin Steel announced that it would increase the sales price of galvanizing steel for
construction effective for July shipments.
The company will increase the price by Yen 10,000/ton ($86/ton) for thicker products used for general
construction and by Yen 20,000/ton ($173/ton) for thinner products used for roof and wall.
Nisshin Steel is also planning to hike the sales price of nickel series
stainless flat steel.
